MINNESOTA [Sept. 16, 2025]— Sportsline Photography is proud to announce the launch of its “Share Your Favorite Sports Memories” Scholarship Campaign, a year-long initiative designed to celebrate youth sports and help remove financial barriers for young athletes across Minnesota.
From September 16, 2025 through August 2026, Sportsline is inviting the public to share their favorite youth sports memories on social media—whether it’s playing the game, cheering on loved ones, or watching a child score their first goal. For every post that follows and tags @SportslinePhotography on Facebook or Instagram (@MNSportsPhotos on X), and uses the campaign hashtags #SportslineScholarship and #FavoriteSportsMemories, Sportsline will donate $1 toward MN youth sports scholarships, up to $2,000 total ($500 per quarter).
Scholarships will help Minnesota youth athletes cover league fees, equipment, or training costs. Families can apply through a short, non-invasive questionnaire sent by partner leagues on behalf of Sportsline, with Sportsline paying the leagues directly on behalf of the selected families.
“Youth sports teach teamwork, resilience, and confidence—skills that last a lifetime,” said Joey Freeman, Owner of Sportsline Photography. “We want to make sure cost isn’t the reason a child can’t play the game they love.”
How to Participate
1. Post your favorite sports memories on Instagram, Facebook, or X.
2. Follow and tag Sportsline Photography in your post: @SportslinePhotography on Facebook or Instagram (@MNSportsPhotos on X).
3. Use hashtags #SportslineScholarship and #FavoriteSportsMemories.
Commitment Beyond Scholarships
In addition to this campaign, Sportsline Photography donates a percentage of every photo sale back to Minnesota youth sports leagues—a commitment that has totaled tens of thousands of dollars annually ($21,855.20 in 2024) and continues to grow each year.
Quarterly Announcements
At the end of each quarter, Sportsline will share a press release announcing scholarship recipients, along with select featured stories from community submissions.
